I placed an order to buy 1000 Memory cards with printed logo from Zhenghong HK Technology Co Ltd, and the upfront payment is requested but i negotiated to pay after the delivery but with no luck. So finally it was agreed to prepare the sample and send the pictures and once OK then the full/remaining payment to the bank should be done.
I made the payment via international bank and goods were shipped but upon delivering we noticed that the ordered 32GB can only be used till 8GB and we requested to check the issue but once we let them know that there is an issue, there is no response over an email/call by Sales assistant Ms. Crystal( Crystal@zhh-tech.com. Ph: +86 13798566403) despite on sending them repeated remainders and requests.
Due to this i cannot sell the memory cards and had a monetary loss of close to 3500 USD, apart from losing the trust on Chinese companies i lost the money too.
User Recommendations:
– To never deal with China companies just looking at the websites or advertisement emails.
– To never do upfront payment.
– To carefully check the authenticity of the company before dealing.
