We met this supplier at the trade show in November in Hong Kong. the first order (4500 euro) was placed as an Initial order. All the lamps that we got had very bad quality, 70% of them were damaged and they could not be sold to the customers. All the complains and emails have been ignored, some solutions that they had offered were absolutely not acceptable. It’s been almost 6 months since that time that we got the items and tried to get some replacement or refund. No answers, no responsibility.

So now the only we can do – to inform potential buyers to stay away from this company.
