Xiangfeng samples were tested and approved for quality. Trial order of 1x40HC (23 tons) was placed against LC sight. LC was negotiated and payment received by xiangfeng on 7th Feb 2017. Container was received at Valencia (Spain) on 23rd Feb 2017. Shipping company was Maersk. The Seal was intact. On opening the container
(in front of Maersk Spain delivery men) we found that there was no yarn but only few bags of rags and trash. We informed Xiangfeng and they seemed to be surprised. They asked us to arrange Survey and Inspection so they can file for Insurance Claim. They also promised to ship new container before 25th March 2017. We sent them all the required Survey and Inspection reports. (The Survey report had concluded that since “the Seal was intact and no tampering found with the container it was quite unlikely that theft happened on the way or at the port”. This actually indicates that Xiangfeng factory was the point of theft/fraud.) After receiving all the documents to file Insurance Claim Xiangfeng went underground. From 22nd March 2017 they stopped replying to emails, mobile, landline, text messages etc. Our only contact was Sylvia (Export Manager) as we were told that others cannot communicate in English.

We have complained to China Embassy in Spain and also Maersk Shipping in China with all documents and pictures of this fraud container. But so far have not received any reply. Is there any Government Agency in China where we can file our complaint and request for refund from this fraudulent company ?

Without personal visit to the Mill in China and SGS inspection certificate issued when the Container is Sealed do not buy even 1 kilo of any product from China.
