User Experience:
Dear Sirs,
On the 31st May 2015 I purchased from Tycoon Industries in Beijing 54 metres of 3920mm wide conveyor belt. They sent the goods only after I paid them $31,621.32 US dollars.
When the goods arrived with a quality assured standard certificate they were found to be damaged and not made to standard. The goods were so bad that they has repairs done to them , plies were wavy and not straight, and imperfections were all the way through the belt.
I have encountered other costs for shipping , clearance of goods, freight and duties etc and even engaged the Chinese council for fair trade and haven’t received any compensation other than approx. 7% of the total order.
As well as this I lost my largest Australian client because of this.
Enclosed is pictures showing the imperfection of the belting.
Is there anything can be done to get my monies back and also get this company to do the right thing and or blacklist them.
It doesn’t do well for Australian companies and other reputable companies in China doing trade.
Their website is www.tycoonhose.com
They offered only approx. 7% compensation and admitted fault
User Recommendations:
Its hard to feel comfortable buying from China when if it was in Australia they would have gone to court and forced to pay up
