I was caught by his local agent in India.
initially all good things , reference of other buyer , company capacity and all show off.
once I agree to buy and make final advance payment as per PI terms , then scenario completely changed.
The Indian local agent skip from this deal , direct dealing with Chinese Tai Sang Embro – Melco Dragon Development Limited .
few days later asked for final full saying that the machine is ready.
Once made final payment , no response , I repeat on response at all from supplier.
I contact local agent , I was shocked when he said “who are you ? I dont know who you are”
I tried to complaint in local authority but no use. later I was threaten by them.
long after , with long stories and happening , they send me fake house Bill of Ladding copy (HBL) saying that the machine was dispatched.
after waiting more than 2 month , no machine at port and after that lots of follow-up and letter exchanged happen but still I am waiting for the machine ! !

This is real scam , believe me . How can one business man do like that
it is a shame on the group of business people . This kind of people dont have any moral of doing business nor any guts for. They are master of making cheating with people by all the means which we can’t even think for.

Only humble request to all future buyer , please throuly check the the information and evidence of company.

Make full detail agreement with all terms and condition of delivery , payment terms , delayed charges , order cancellation policy , breach of contract , violation of terms , where you can fight the case etc etc.
All minor terms must be put on paper.
