on 2/15 I placed a request on Alibaba.com to purchase cell phones and computers. I was contacted on 2/20 by a person stating their name was Eason Chan and provided me with a list of products available and web site http://www.sbctradingco.com/. On 3/9/17 I ask about specific products and he replied on 3/10 with more information and used email address of easonchan@sbctradingco.com. We have been exchanging emails ever since and I placed a request for price on other products on 3/24/17 and he provided a price quote on 3/25/17. I agreed to wire transfer the money to his bank and on 3/28/17 I sent the money. On 3/29 I emailed hin that bank had sent me a confirmation code and wanted to know when shipment would be made. He informed me it takes several days for a transfer to come from USA to China, I contacted my bank and they confirmed it can take 10 days so I was not worried until he contacted me and stated he needed more money to pay the customs fees. I emailed him back stating his original quote stated all customs fees and shipping was included and that if he could not honor the original quote then return my money. I then contacted the bank to see what could be done to stop the transfer and I was informed it might be too late but they would see what can be done.
He replied on 4/4 that he was working on getting the products packed and shipped, I have tried contacting him after that date and he is not returning my emails. So basically he is out having a big party on my money.
User Recommendations:
Do more research, and even after you think everything is perfect research some more. Then and only then purchase the least expensive product and see if it shipped. Then if it is then order additional products as needed,
I wired 840 dollars for the purchase of 2 samsung galaxy plus 7 to Eason Chan before the payment was made he would reply over and over again once I send him the proof of payment I received 1 reply confirming he received the payment after that it when silent ans once again he sending me emails trying to so the same thing again
