I visited globalsource web site and found the manufacturer of “Innopremium Industry Co., Ltd”. We had few conversation regarding the product that I looked for and the owner response pretty quick and sincere in the beginning. Since, the owner promised I would get fully refund if the sample wasn’t correct and delay. I made a deposit and place an order for molding The owner promised to delivery the sample in 10 days and ended up to 21 days. During that period, the owner response slow and complain I’m asking too much and brought up lot of excuse and why the sample was delayed. The most craziest thing was the sample (ceramic plate) wrapped up with the plastic bag and shipped it to United States. Without any protection, the plate definitely was broken into pieces. I asked the owner returned the deposit and he refused with foul languages. I asked the Global Source to step in and resolve the problem assistance. they acted like this is normal to them and never replied on your email.

My suggestion is dealing with China supplier, it’s not enough only doing the due diligence on the company, you have to check the registered holder in government department and check the license before you decided. You can check those information through the Chinese government website to ensure the company is officially registered. Make sure the name of the license holder is matching the owner of the company. To secure your investment, you should ask your relatives or connections, go and check the company on-site. Please be MORE CAUTIOUS on the suppliers at Global Source website. Most of their supplier didn’t have license or just an agent.

Just want to share this bad list company with other buyers, you got to be cautious if you have any business related to the company above.

Do more homework on your side. Check on government website to ensure the company is legit. There is lots of company didn’t have license to conduct business in China. Either they only register in oversea, not in China or have no permit to do the business. In order to secure your investment, asked your friends or connection, go and check the company on-site. Go on #1 trading website, instead of browsing around on other trading website. It wasting your time.
