User Experience:
Absolutely horrible experience with House of Llull Atelier in Miami, Florida, USA. Issues include lack of or NO communication from the factory, sometimes waiting up to 3 weeks to hear back from them. Huge delays, product arrived months passed promised date. Zero quality control. Issues included tags being sewn on upside down and backwards, product coming apart at the seams, fabric pulls, finished product being nothing like the agreed upon samples, product paid for never made or delivered, items sent to factory lost and never found or replaced.

User Recommendations:
If there is not good communication with a factory during sample process, this is a red flag. Do not go any further!! Place the smallest order possible for the first round so if things are wrong you don’t lose too much money.
