We acquire the pails from the supplier. The print on the pails was nowhere what we requested. We have a premium products and the pails look absolutely shonky. They admit it is their mistake. But when we request for refund, they are pointing the figure at us.
We lodged a complain with Ali Baba. They agreed to pay 50% of the money and we agreed. But after 6 months and after several emails from us, they are refusing to pay. They are not responding to our request.
