User Experience:
First he company seems efficient with plan layouts for our kitchen and promptly answered emails. But them the problems started. The list is extrememly large.
1. First they also overcharged us for shipping, there response to that was sorry we got the wrong invoice.
2.Shipping containers were not packed properly, no bubble wrap, protective corners or proper solid packaging, it all fell apart and a lot of our shipment was damaged.Nobody would take responsibility for this.
3. The company would not take responsibility for the packaging and neither did the shipping company.
4. Our glass top doors, french provincial look. When you opened the doors you could see all the glue.
5. All the draws did not fit properly and we had to make adjustments.
6.No predrilled holes for anything.
7. Not enough plugs and screws or corners for kick plates.
8. The panel for the side of the bench did not fit.
9. They finally sent us new glass doors as I complained about the other ones and asked them to pack better this time, re: fragile sticker, More packing and protected corners and once again they did not and all the doors arrived chipped and glass broken. This cost us for postage again.
10.They changed our plans for the kitchen without asking us so once again we had to compensate for their mistakes. Which cost us more money.
11. Received doors and carcasses that did not fit.
12. The last shipement was for replacement doors again and new carcasses as the some of the others did not fit, cost us another $1500 + $375 gst. This shipment arrived all damaged again and there were doors in there that did not fit anything.
13. This has been one of the worst experiences in my life. Unfortunately we got to a stage where we could not back out. To match the profile here for the doors would have cost us too much money.
User Recommendations:
All I can say is stay away from this company. They are not returning emails now. The most they said they would compensate me is $100. Which I think now I wont get. We are largely out of pocket and there are parts of my kitchen that make me extremely sad. I waited 5 years to get this done and now I am at a loss what to say. There has been so many tears. Their so called designer changed our plans several times without checking with us. One cupboard they had to do three times as they could not read the simple plan. Do yourself a favour and blacklist this company so other people wont get hurt..
