I ordered a royal blue bridesmaid dress for a wedding. I received a navy blue dress that looked nothing like the dress that was posted online. There was not a number to call, so I had to contact them via email. It took about 24 hours for them to respond. They told me that the only thing can do is refund me $30 for compensation and wants me to keep the dress. I explained to them that I have no use for the dress and that I needed a royal blue dress and not navy blues. They are refusing to give me a refund for the dress. It’s so sad that they would not take ownership for an error that was on their part.

The lesson I have learned from this experience is to never order directly from a company overseas via the internet. The customer service was horrible
