Before I placed an order, I asked them to send the sample first.
As a sample fee, they asked me to pay 10% deposit.
After I payed it, they had sent to me the sample products, however, it was fake ones.
When I asked to pay money back,they refused it.
According to them,
” We can not provide your order ones, and the representative had been changed because ex-representative left the company already. So, We have to talk from the beginning.”

I don’t know what they are thinking.

Even if the worker left the company, the company has to take responsibility. They ran away from company’s responsibility. Of course, the products was also fake.

Their purpose is to get a lot of deposit first. Then, send the fake products.
