I had the bad experience from on of the China Supplier which is located in Tianjinname ( TIANJIN JINDI OCEAN IMPORT AND EXPORT CO.,LTD ). I had placed the order of 10 ton Copper Wire Scrap which was cost me of 22,000 USD the order had been placed in 17th Oct 2016 for which i had paid 30% advance payment. The supplier has shipped my supplies in Nov 2016 & i had received the Container on 4th Dec 2016 When we had taken the first check of the container & done the weight it was found only the Container weight which was shocking for me then i had contacted the Supplier & send him the weight slip copy by mail & immediate contacting source on Skype & ask him for further action & she told me that her boss going to come India for further investigation. After that i had contacted supplier time but the boss of company never came & then i had opened the container on 26th Dec 2016 in the presence of Custom. The Supplier also not provided me with the Insurance copy also for which i am asking till today but the supplier stop responding any of my contacting source.
