User Experience:
I searched online beforehand and found nothing about Orkwolf, so went ahead with my order.
I ordered shoes from what appeared to be a UK site showing all the security and 100% satisfaction guarantee logos.

I never received a confirmation email so after a week or so I used their Contact Us section on their website to ask about my order. I heard nothing back, then several days later a package arrived from China containing a pair of shoes that were nothing like those I ordered. I was surprised they had come from China as there was nothing on the website to make me think that’s where the company is based (yes, there are some spelling errors but they are ubiquitous these days). I contacted them immediately to tell them the order was wrong and that I wanted a refund (using the Contact Us section again as there is no other way). Again absolutely no response. I have contacted them twice since and heard absolutely nothing. I did say that I would take the matter further if they didn’t respond …

I haven’t returned the shoes because the company seems so obviously fraudulent and I figure that if they don’t ever respond to customers requests they are not going to refund my money, so I will have to try to sell the shoes on eBay.

They also charged me more for the shoes than was stated on their website, but as it’s under £100 and I didn’t pay by credit card there’s nothing I can do.

User Recommendations:
I’ve bought lots of stuff online and several items from China without any problems, but I was aware that they were Chinese sites – they weren’t attempting to look like a UK based company as this one is.

I always search to see if there have been any bad reports about website companies before ordering. However, as I said there were none about Orkwolf.

And only ever use a credit card!
