As this organization is quite big, we trusted the history and reputation of the supplier and didn’t perform an inspection on-site before loading the goods to container.

About 80% of the goods we received are having major damages in the production itself and is totally unacceptable to any market. Quality issues and were beyond our imagination and we couldn’t imagine that such a big organization will supply such bad quality products.

We contacted the supplier and send them all the photographs of the goods they have delivered. Their sales person apologized and accepted the issue but their management doesn’t reply to any of the emails we sent after this issue and refused to pay any compensation.

Your original payment has been frozen by the bank for a month before you finally return it to you. The advice I have made is appropriate and responsible. We have not despised your requests for being small. But what you are doing at this time, I am disappointed!
