I placed two orders (Numbers 8095 and 8097) on website www.dbestwatches.com. The second order was placed wrongly by me with a identical item listed on the First order.
So i contacted the seller by e-mail (after placed those orders and already been charged on my credit card bill) requesting to change one of the products.
The seller ask me for a photo of my credit card. I have sent him a photo (covering the first numbers). My credit card is a “pre paid” so doesn’t have a name on it.
The seller keep sending me e-mails telling me that I can prove that the credit card is mine.
I Sent several e-mails (including a copy of my credit card bill with the values of those orders), over and over. But seems to me that the seller won’t comply his obligation and I will get financial loss.
I can’t provide you copy of those e-mails listed bellow and if you want pictures of website order, credit card bills and etc.

I’m trying to solve this problem in a friendly way.I’ve already made the payment on your website and I’ve even been billed on my credit card bill. In my country, the prepaid credit card (without the owner’s ID) is something common, safe, authorized by banks. It does not have to have name because it has an electronic chip and pin number and we are allowed to buy online.
I’ve already sent you numerous emails with a photo of the card, photo of the invoice and also login with the purchase orders of your website.
Frankly I’m waiting for your length of promise as a seller, since you’ve already been paid and received the money.
If you do not fulfill your obligation, I will file a formal complaint of your website and blacklisted it.
I will not get financial loss for your lack of responsibility as a seller
