bought a product for DIOSA Hair via Aliexpress, The product was faulty. My Order ID was: 50082055775481. I have sent them back the wig which they have received. Initially threatened me to not to open a dispute on Aliexpress and if I open I will not be getting any refund. They told me to send back the wig which I did by recorded delivery. Initially, they said they will refund later as now is the Chinese new year. It’s more than 2 months Now they are not responding to my phone calls and text messages. my £162 is gone. I told them that I will contact the Embassy as its a Fraud . You took my money and also the wig back . They didn’t bother and is not afraid of anything. They know that we are sitting in the UK and can’t do anything. I am trying to contact a lawyer in china and have also writing to Chinese Embassy. You all should know about this fraud company.

I am happy to share the proof if you need them. I contacted Aliexpress but no help offered. The return tracking number from my end was RU765033625GB
