We requested for the following sample products:
5 fidget cubes
5 ABS spinners
5 bike chain fidget toys

After we paid the full requested amount for the samples (80 USD), we were informed that the supplier actually doesn’t have the “bike chain fidget toy” (even if before he confirmed that he has it).

The supplier also informed us that he can’t send 5 or at least 3 pieces of each product and he will send something else instead of the “bike chain fidget toy”.

Later he changed again his position, promising that he will send also the “bike chain fidget toy”.

What we actually received from Kuiwen Guangwen Peter Kite Sale Department is completely different from what we were promised. It actually differs even from what it is mentioned on the attached invoice (novelty toy – 4 pcs; bike chain – 2 pcs; hand spinner – 1 pcs). We received:
4 fidget cubes
1 ABS spinner
1 metal spinner

All the products are used and with clear markings of wearing.
Also, the products’ boxes are all deteriorated, and obviously not because of the transport conditions.
