After visiting his well structures website, We emailed John He in October 2016 and expressed our interest in purchasing 4 Solar Street Lights. He promptly responded and answered all of our questions. We placed the order and he emailed us with the proforma Invoice. We sent a wire transfer and he assured us that we would receive our my shipment by the end of December 2016. In January after not receiving our shipment as promised we tried to make contact again. It’s been 4 months and he is not responding to our emails, Telephone calls or Fax.

Vet your suppliers very carefully. Use PayPal wherever available as you would stand a better chance of recovering your funds if anything goes wrong.
