I Contact to Wuxi Fuller Steel using Alibaba, we had a lot of communication by email, My company decide to buy them Brass in coils and sheets, 7000 kg., We agreed to make the payment, using a letter of credit, they fulfilled the documentation and the deadlines agreed with their bank, then we made the payment of USD 31000 before the shipment to Peru
In the warehouse of Neptunia in Callao-Peru, we checked the merchandise before nationalizing it and found that the contents were blocks of iron.
I immediately contacted to Wuxi Fuller Steel, at my insistence they only replied that they had sent brass, without any further explanation.
I have not had another answer since.
