User Experience:
Supplier was contacted to create a custom battery pack solution. They provided pictures of similar packs they have created and had no concerns over the design as it was fairly straight forward. A simple LiPo battery with 3 USB ports for 5V output and a 12V output, charge LED indicator and on / off switch.

The company provided a 14 day lead time for design and prototype. Long story short, 5 months later, 2 defective samples, constant missed communication, requests for more money, and escalation did not resolve this issue.

I suspect this company may be a single individual who is using a 3rd party for design, but does not have experience with corporations looking to sell actual production product.

Do not do business with this company. You will be left highly disappointed as we have extensive experience with vendors domestically and internationally.
