We purchased Electronic components, Broadcom parts Numbers:

Last Sept 20, 2016, amounting to 50,000 USD in total. We only paid 50% of it based on our payment terms. We received the package Oct 18, 2016. But we received wrong parts. We tried to contact them since that date, at first they are replying, but now they can’t even answer our calls and emails. They just run away with us. We tried to contact DHL maybe there’s a switched shipment happened that time but the DHL informed us that our supplier doesn’t want to participate. We also tried to contact www.seekic.com, (which they are a member of this sourcing flat form) but Seek IC team don’t care about it.

***2nd Issue*** Amount 3,750 USD

We purchased an electronic components Actel Part Number: A1020B-PL68I 150pcs with the total amount of $3,750.00 to HK Green System Limited.

We received the parts last October 18, 2016 and we shipped out at the same day to Advanced Components Testing company in the USA – as per our customer instructions.
Friday October 21, 2016 Advanced Components Testing received the goods. Then, October 26, 2016 we got an email from our customer for the test result. The parts failed, they are blacktopped and failed to Acetone Test.

On that day, we send an email with the complete test report of the parts to our Supplier to inform that the parts failed the QC and we want to get our refund $3,750.00, we have 30 days warranty but they don’t want to honor it. (30 days warranty is also written on their proforma invoice).

It’s been 3 months now yet we haven’t received full refund of ours. We are thinking that they don’t have any plan to settle this amount. Our company is really in big trouble with our customer in the states. We don’t have enough money to pay them in full. Though we already paid them partially. We’re still hoping to get our payment back from this fraud supplier.
