I went onto the website and saw a Gokart I Liked. I queried its price. I received a mail back giving its price and specs. I received whats app messages thereafter saying the shipping would be free if purchased by 10th Jan 2017. I corresponded via Wats App and e-mail. He queried how to pay and he said Western Union and moneygram would be best and would give me discount as he did not want to deal through banks as it was costly.

I paid via western union to the name on the Proforma Invoice. He mailed back stating the money was received and he would ship it by the weekend. I waited until the Monday where I queried again. But no answer. I called the number on the invoice. Michael answered and explained he would send me proof by the next Monday. I am still waiting.
