I purchased a NHL jersey for my son on Nov. 17th, 2016 with plans for this item to be his big Christmas present. No where on this website does it indicate that this company is based in China. There is no address or telephone number listed either. I had no idea this item was coming from China until I purchased the item and received an email stating my total cost would be more than what was listed due to foreign rates. They did provide me with a tracking number that never has updated since the item shipped. I emailed with this company back and forth for 2 months and they will not refund my money. They state this item has been shipped, but yet they cannot tell me where it is. They keep giving me bogus explanations as to why the item has not yet arrived. It has now been 10 weeks and no sign of my item. I am assuming that it is lost somewhere or it never even shipped. I know that this is not a lot of money in comparison to what others have lost, however I just want others to be aware of this scam company. It is not a legit Minnesota Wild company. I had this confirmed through the Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker. So please, buyer beware!! You will never receive your item if you purchase from this company!!!!!
If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is!! I will now go back to ordering from Amazon, who protects it’s customers from overseas scams.
