It was a huge scam. I was insist on a 3rd party audit of the 1st consignment before final payment. The supplier ensured me, that they had been contacted the Bureau Veritas, and they provided official report issued by Bureau Veritas. Or it seemed as an original one, numbered with corporate seal and signed.

Before paying balance I was sent the copy of B/L too. It was look a real one as well. I have checked the website of the forwarder too, and checked our cargo number. Everything was all right (here are the forwarder website: http://tklogisticshippers.org/ At that time it worked, and you could follow your cargo by track number. Everything was perfect. If possible I will upload the B/L what finally arrived by post before balance payment. (Firstly to make there business more real, they sent me another B/L, which consisted used car tires, launched to Samoa) after I got mine.

I tried to contact the local Bureau Veritas office, but unfortunately there was no response.

After all I turned to the police, but there was no result of their investigation.

So I think the most important to collect sufficient information about your partner, perhaps through a local independent agency, or with governmental help. At least one personal visit can be useful if you can afford.
