For our 1st couple of orders they were very prompt and helpful. The last completed order was a lot slower in arriving. But they were still very helpful and even sent additional samples to us. However, on this last order they were their usual helpful selves right until the order was paid for, then all communications have stopped!

Don’t be talked into completing orders outside of a supplier directory!

    How do you investigate about this issue?

    In case the client have received goods on time or not do they provide you for evidence?

    How you responsibility in case it was bully business from our competitor?
