Very disappointing experience with this Chinese company! After month of designing the custom closet with them and paying thousands of dollars when the shipment came in it was incomplete! We are missing several shelves. All the parts came unnumbered and without description of how to put it together. Many parts were damaged. We managed to put the closet together and camouflaged the damaged parts. However, many emails and requests to send the missing pieces are being ignored! My closet is not finished. I would never recommend this company and my next step is to file many complaints about this company so this does not happen to someone else! The person I worked with is Judy.
