I contacted the company and asked if they deal in Genuine and Original HP toners and not pirated or copy toners. They kept telling they have been in the business for years and they only deal on Original HP Toners and no copy Toners.

On their website they state it there saying: “Original and genuine, no copy toners”. I made a bank transfer to this bank account after receiving Proforma Invoice from max@office-toner.com and Helen Zhang Account Manager.

When I received the goods they were all fake toners and I was so sad that I have been defrauded by this Chinese company. I kept making contact to their sales person, he was just saying rubbish. This company is big SCAM COMPANY IN CHINA claiming to sell original toners. I have email communication evidences and whatsApp Chat, and also bank transfer papers.

This company almost crashed my life and business for the fake goods they sent to me.

Never Buy from China, if they don’t accept Letter of Credit( Which must be done when you confirm the goods are Geniune and Good).

Most China Suppliers are fraudsters and sell very inferior products telling you it is genuine. They will always request for full payment. Never pay for goods until you ascertain the quality!
