Placed an order and paid for the product on 10/26/2016. Seller gave multiple delivery commitments and did no make any of them. Product still has been shipped and Seller is telling me the same thing: “it will ship in two to three days.”

Placed an order and paid for the product on 10/26/2016. Seller gave multiple delivery commitments and did no make any of them. Product still has been shipped and Seller is telling me the same thing: “it will ship in two to three days.” The seller has lied to me. The seller violated policy by conducting the sale outside of Made-In-China web.

User Recommendations:
I fell for their story that I should buy outside of the Made in China website because they could not change the price for the customization of the product I wanted.

I will never deal with a Chinese Company again. They have proven themselves to be completely dishonest, even in dealing with their own organizations.

    this buyer is a really bad buyer. a personal use buyer.
    his order is 1pc black color electric guitar without pickups, electronics, include tuning pegs and other hardware parts.

    we accept customized design, and accept his order request. and arrange 1pc order for him.
    because holiday time, caused delay delivery time. maybe you don’t know how difficult to produce 1pc guitar order for 1pc order.

    he hurry this order, and we arrange it before other orders. contact with him each day.
    but, he still open a disoute on paypal. said: didn’t receive products.

    after guitar is finished, we offer photos to him. then ship it soon afer confirmation.

    after he receive this guitar, then he open another dispute, said: this guitar is not made according to his demand. said: we didn’t assemble tuning pegs for him.
    pls remember, this buyer didn’t need pickup and electronics, assemble tuning pegs is not good for him to assemble whole guitar.
    and he still said other bad words to us, not friendly.
    he almost send more than 10 emails to us. leave message anywhere, caused trouble to us.

    because he use credid card through paypal, you know credit reporting is very important in many countries. this buyer use his “good” credit reporting , get fulll refund.

    finally, he receive a free guitar from us. didn’t pay anything.

    our company could paypal, state we are a good supplier.
    hope paypal will add a rule to penalize bad buyer. add them to buyer black list.
