Received opportunity to buy 2 cell phones for good price, pricing was within reason considering we had just missed a special 2 for the price of one through a reputable source in Dubai.

All questions were answered, (ip addresses were tracked) documentation received, arrangement 50% upfront remainder on receipt of goods
50% ($300) was paid via Western union Paulie Gilliom 215 West Lee St Water Valley, Mississipi , when goods not received as promised, response from the sales manager was due to the order being small volume full amount was to be paid.
Further $350 was paid and goods shipped. (Tracking documents were received linking to online website Straight Home Services)
Shipping documents stated +- 10 additional items that equated to $4200. (including 3x Samsung Note 7 which have been recalled and taken off market – not even allowed on planes)
When this was highlighted they apologized for the mistake, we requested to cancel the order and receive a refund were advised it was not necessary we must just sell the goods on arrival and pay the money when sold (within 10 days)
Package was tracked and then day 2 (48hrs) when goods should have been delivered received notification goods are stuck at customs in Niger $1500 to be paid within 48hrs for release otherwise goods will be destroyed.
Responded money would not be paid that the value to be paid was more than the 2 items order and that Custom charges were not our problem as value relates to all other goods sent by them in error. If we had money we would have bought phones elsewhere
I requested a full refund based on goods not being received, we received correspondence that the refund policy is no longer effective if goods are destroyed.
No payment was made, and now everyone has gone quiet.
So just been scammed out of $650 (which was students savings for Christmas gift. If legitimate business then I guess they lost $4000 worth of goods

Only buy through reputable online providers
Never pay for items via easy cash send options, no matter how legitimate it looks.
Scammers have a thought out detailed operation that comes across as a legitimate business
