User Experience:
We placed an order for 1000 Bluetooth speakers. We ordered a pre-shipment inspection. It failed as 19% of the items had defects. Dents, scratches and glue on services. They refused to fix the issues. Said they would refund the deposit. Still waiting for that. They were an exhibitor at Canton Fair. Recently we also learned that they are unlicensed to use the name and technology – Bluetooth. So buyer beware.
