I am addressing You with a plea for help. I’m clueless, and I don’t know of the council. This is a scam, from a Chinese merchant. I looked on the well known site Alibaba.com and I had a crush on a certain product. Since there are no prices, I sent via the Alibaba inquiry on this specific item and I waited. Subsequently I ran out to the mailbox response from this trader, is a gold trader from Alibaba and offers me their goods. The price was favorable, so I agreed. After innumerable e-mail communications, sent me and proof of identity and any initials. Payment requested through Western union transfer. I agreed and the money I sent, and the recipient of the money picked up. The next day he sent me the tracking number of the shipment from DHL. This number was obviously false, to DHL, I called and wrote an email, I’ve always been told that this consignment does not exist and the number is fictitious.Subsequently I ran out to the mailbox response from this trader, is a gold trader from Alibaba and offers me their goods. Subsequently, the me for two days sent the seller a message that does not have a license to sell branded stuff and goods were seized by the Chinese side of the customs administration and I have to pay the other 119 USD. This item is of course nonsense, but the dealer claimed that I must pay again via western union otherwise of the goods within the next 48 hours will be forfeited and I don’t get neither the goods nor the money.It’s all a big scam, I put my situation as a question on the social network and hear from a number of compatriots with the same problem buying from China, some even with the fact that the desired item “duty” paid, and was followed by another and another and eventually couldn’t get to it, even goods money. It is simply a big scam and I want this on my money fight. Alibaba.com gives from this matter and wants to deal with, which is why I turn to You with a request for help. Purchase I wanted for their kids and make them have a good Christmas, unfortunately the opposite is true and this way I also want to help the other citizens of the Czech republic in the direction of that trade was with China safe and avoid the robbing of Czech citizens.

Seller on any challenges is not responding and not communicating.

Dobrý den,

obracím se na Vás s prosbou o pomoc.

Jsem bezradný a dále si nevím rady.

Jedná se podvod, ze strany čínského obchodníka. Nahlédl jsem na stránky známého serveru Alibaba.com a zalíbil se mi určitý produkt. Jelikož zde nejsou ceny, poslal jsem přes Alibaba dotaz na toto konkrétní zboží a čekal jsem. Následně mi došla do emailové schránky odpověď od tohoto obchodníka, že je zlatý obchodník od Alibaba a nabízí mi tedy své zboží. Cena byla příznivá, tak jsem souhlasit. Po nesčetné emailové komunikaci, mi poslal i doklad totožnosti a veškeré iniciály. Platbu požadoval přes společnost Western union převodem. Souhlasil jsem a peníze jsem tedy poslal a příjemce si peníze vyzvedl. Následný den mi poslal číslo pro sledování zásilky od DHL. Toto číslo bylo samozřejmě falešné, do společnosti DHL jsem volal i psal email, vždy mi bylo sděleno, že tato zásilka neexistuje a číslo je fiktivní. Následně mi pro dvou dnech poslal prodejce zprávu, že nemá licenci na prodej značkových věcí a zboží bylo zadrženo čínskou stranou celní správy a musím zaplatiti dalších 119 USD. Tato položka je samozřejmě nesmysl, ale prodejce tvrdil, že musím zase zaplatit přes western union jinak zboží do 48hodin propadne a nedostanu ani zboží ani peníze. Je to vše velký podvod, položil jsem svoji situaci jako otázku na sociální síti a ozvala se řada spoluobčanů se stejným problémem nákupu z Číny, někteří i s tím, že požadovanou položku “cla” zaplatili a následovaly další a další a nakonec nic nedostaly, ani zboží ano peníze. Je to zkrátka velký podvod a já chci v tomto o své peníze bojovat. Alibaba.com dává od této záležitosti ruce pryč a nechce řešit, proto se na Vás obracím s žádostí o pomoc. Nákup jsem chtěl pro své děti a udělat jim hezké Vánoce, bohužel opak je pravdou a touto cestou chci pomoci i ostatním občanům české republiky ve směru, aby byl obchod s čínou bezpečný a nedocházelo k okrádání českých občanů.

Prodejce na žádné výzvy nereaguje a ne komunikuje.

Případné doklady ke transakci a ostatního velice rád doložím.
