User Experience:
Talked to him for several weeks before making purchase via email, getting reassurance that I wasn’t going to get scammed, he sent me documentation about his company which I checked and it all checked out to match. This went on for a few more weeks when I finally decided to place an order I told him I would only do it if they would accept 30% prior to shipment and the remainder when I receive the package and I get to inspect the item. They agreed to my terms. So I made a small sample order. This was on October 12/16 they gave me a tracking number but the number never worked at all, so I contacted them but their only response was there was an issue at customs and it keeps getting sent back and needs to be resent. Your new tracking number will be provided. The tracking numbers never work!! They stopped responding to my emails, Leonardo has even changed his email address. So I visited his web site and contacted him that way. And his reply was the same… “there was an issue at customs and it was returned and needs to be sent back out your new tracking number will be provided”. Today I received a small package will the original tracking number Leonardo provided me in October… I thought yay finally… but unfortunately it wasn’t my order, instead it was a cheap plastic Chinese model phone that looks like a child’s toy, and it doesn’t even work…. instructions are in Chinese.

User Recommendations:
Be careful, not everyone who checks out are HONEST!!! but there are honest ones out there. I do have a few who are honest and trustworthy!!! thankfully.
