Payment of 30% deposit was made in June 2015, following which our company visited the Supplier’s Manufacturing facility where samples of finished product produced by the equipment where supplied.
Our company paid the balance 70% in September 2015, plus an agreed additional amount for extra equipment needed to support the initial equipment purchase.
Proforma Invoice delivery time was 20 days ex works after full payment.
No goods have been sent by the Chinese supplier.
The supplier claims that the Bank account to which the funds was paid (given to us by the supplier on their Proforma Invoice) was the bank account of a “middle-man” and he has not paid the supplier.
