User Experience:
We advised the Chinese supplier that we required outdoor blinds for a very windy site. They assured us over and over that their outdoor blinds were excellent in high winds and that we had nothing to worry about. The goods we received began rusting within one week being installed, the blinds rise up and down on the the wire guides whenever the wind blows even slightly and the same wire was fixed to the blind cassette by drilling a hole through the aluminum 3mm from the edge, so the “stainless steel” (rusting) guide wire wore through the aluminum. The supplier refused to refund after two weeks of evidence that the blinds did not work / were not fit for purpose including videos, photos, emails, etc.
