We flew to Shenzhen approx. 5 years ago and met Jason Li and his boss and they produced the idea that we had patented in the UK – the first few years relationship was fine and in 2014 we asked them to sign a manufacturing contract which they did because we started receiving faulty goods that basically failed and over heated. The last shipment was very bad and we received a high rate of returns and products that failed.

The last shipment was very bad and we received a high rate of returns and products that failed. Shortly after we discovered that they were selling a similar product that we have designed on line.

Do not let them know your whole idea a they will copy it without hesitation and tell you that someone else asked them to make it – our experience was with one person in this company who denied any responsibility for faults. Jason Li – not be trusted.

    1 we admit that some of our heating bag have some kind of quality problems , we are sorry for that even though after our many steps of quality control but our quality didnot meet 100% , and we did lots of work to save , and make up our clients , we are always offer 100% support to our clients for return ,replace refund and etc ,all our product have 1 year warrantly, no matter whoever buy our products , all the time . we try to contact you and we can disscuss more to find balance of that but there are no response.
    2 For the hot stone heating bag , this is a very big range of products ,there are more than 10 kinds of heating bags in markets and key point tech is our heating board, we manufacturer heating products more than 15 years and apply for more than 100 products , such as food heating bag , food warmer , and we are OEM factory , other clients have their own ideas with different design heating bag and have their own pantent and OEM by us .
    3 we are responbile to say that our product are legal and pantented, i suggest u stop the cutthroat competition and rumour as for the loss of our reputation we Reserve the right to pursue legal action.
    We did research it is not the first time to speak ill to companys that located in Australia and some european countries which sell similar products.We feel shocked that one company focus on this.we xhc treat all clients justice and equity and aims to offer better quality with better price to all.
