Before I decided to place an order I have checked through the internet looking for information about the supplier in China. No negative feedback was found. I have checked their web sites (all existing for couple years). Company existing around 15 years, on Alibaba service supplier is present around 10 years, 7 years gold supplier.
I have asked 3rd party for quality inspection prior the shipment, for what supplier agreed. Unfortunately they have shipped out goods before inspection took place. Shipped products are poor quality fakes, they have no brand marks that was requested, product has lack of several functions that should have, and generally quality of the product is extremely poor. Photos that were introduced before the shipment do not mach the product at all.
After all supplier does not respond to mails nor phone calls, taking absolutely no responsibility.
Perhaps I should pay 50% up front + 50% after inspection. But I assume that they wouldn’t even allow for any inspection and probably they would have shipped out part of the goods. So the only right solution is to visit them personally prior to initial order, which obviously was impossible.
