Zhengzhou Whirlston Trade Co.

I traveled to China and visited the company office and factory. I purchased the production line and had it shipped (imported) to the US. The company was good at communicating before, during, and post delivery until I had a nearly fatal malfunction with one of the machines. The wood chipped was not constructed properly and upon testing had a catastrophic malfunction completely destroying itself and nearly killing an employee.

User Experience:
I traveled to China and visited the company office and factory. I purchased the production line and had it shipped (imported) to the US. The company was good at communicating before, during, and post delivery until I had a nearly fatal malfunction with one of the machines. The wood chipped was not constructed properly and upon testing had a catastrophic malfunction completely destroying itself and nearly killing an employee.

The supplier had guaranteed the machines for a one year warranty. I contacted the company to report the failure and was told a replacement would be sent. The replacement was never shipped, and that was the last time I heard from them. Both my customs broker and I tried for weeks to get answers and communicate but to no success.

E-mails were ignored, calls not returned, and the “customer service” line was conveniently disconnected when we called and stated ourselves and reason for calling. This has left us with no support for the machines, no parts availability, and obviously no warranty. The overall quality of the machines has been marginal at best and I had to repair or replace much of the equipment domestically.

User Recommendations:
Do not trust this Chinese company with regard to quality, honesty, or contract compliance.
