I have problems with this Chinese supplier over the past ten years. The products shipped have never been consistent. I ordered some machinery with them and they promised all new machinery. This is a custom machine that had to be built. During the process I was sent pictures of the equipment I expected to receive. At time of shipping I had requested a 3rd party to inspect but was told that he was already packed for shipping but again pictures were sent. When the equipment arrived it was not new but built from some used parts. No manuals were given with the equipment and it was packed poorly and half the equipment was broken when it arrived. He has refused to return any of my money which was approx. $60,000 nor send any instructions on how to fix the broken parts. I knew not to purchase equipment from him but ordered some tubes that the equipment was suppose to be able to produce. The invoice listed a number of tubes that I had ordered but when they arrived one item was not shipped and the other items were either not in specification of what I ordered or were short in the number of shipped. He still has over $3,000 of my money and refuses to send material or refund my money

Do not ever do business with this organization, or NEVER pay money in advance. Make sure you get the product you have ordered before sending any money to this organization or any other business that Changqi Liu has anything to do with.
