I ordered and paid at the 20.07.2016 2,600USD with western union. The company sent me a tracking number 2 days later from “Aramex”. I realized while tracking my parcel that it had a weight of just 0,4 kg and informed the supplier about it and they told me it is a mistake in the system of Aramex.

The parcel arrived one week later and instead of 27 game plates plus cable and 20 locks I got just one plate which I even didn’t order, with a value of 20$. I immediately informed Mrs Sandy Lee from Gaming Salution Corporation about it and she replied that there was a mess and I got the wrong parcel and my parcel got somebody in Europe but he will send it quick to me.

At the 08.08.2016 they told me that the mistaken receiver is not responding and they will send a new package to me. 12.08.2016 they sent me an email that they will send my items at the 15.08. to me and that was the last time they replied. I create a new email address and pretended to be a new customer and they replied within 5 min…
