E*** promised service to take the hassle out of importing from China with no hidden charges. There were indeed hidden charges of almost £1,000 GPB more than the initial quotation. On another order goods arrived in UK and were instantly seized by Trading Standards despite Adam Gilbourne giving his guarantee that all safety standards were in place.

e*** promised service to take the hassle out of importing from China with no hidden charges. Our first order was quite smooth but second order was a disaster. The lead time was supposed to be 30 days which turned out to be over 120 days. I believe this was to save money on shipping as the quote they gave was close to Christmas when shipping cost would have been more expensive and cheaper in Jan. There were indeed hidden charges of almost £1,000 GPB more than the initial quotation. On another order goods arrived in UK and were instantly seized by Trading Standards despite e*** giving his guarantee that all safety standards were in place. This has left our company over £4,000 out of pocket which Mr. e*** refuses to take any responsibility for.
