User Experience:
The first couple orders I had with this supplier from China was pretty good. The quality was not perfect but was under a 5% defective rate. However, as time went on communication with this supplier, specifically our contact person (Tankie Que) started to get almost impossible. He was never available to chat and emails would go days without responses. We hired a Chinese girl who could become our direct contact with him, and she even complained daily about his miscommunication on every item they discussed. Our orders started to have more and more problems. Our last order was the final one because our defective rate was over 80%. The Chinese supplier was not willing to do anything for us to take care of us. He blamed us, wanting too high of quality, when all along he was promising the highest quality and we were paying a higher price for him to be able to deliver this higher quality. This supplier makes duffle bags for us, he promised the production would be exactly like the samples, but they were not even close. Stitching was horrible, crooked and pulling apart the day we got them. Missing grommets and zippers on 50% of the bags. Material was stiff and discolored and not according to approved pre production samples. The order was over 1 month late, which he blamed on his fabric supplier. When time came to fix the problem on the order the only thing he was willing to do was offer a 10% credit towards then next order. But there is no way I would be placing a next order with this kind of service and quality.

I have since placed very distinct and specific contracts with all my suppliers to sign and stamp. These contracts should be binding the factory to provide the quality specified and approved in samples, otherwise I have a legal document that shows proof that can hold them in court if needed.
