User Experience:
We purchased from Mr.Emilio Murias from Congelados Noriberica S.A., 12.000kg of Frozen WG Salmon with protection glazing and color 12+, production date: 2015. We had made inspection of the goods in the cold-storage of the supplier and we were shown a goods that was in accordance to what we agreed. We sent a truck and loaded the goods but once it arrived to our client we discovered that it wasn’t the same goods we were shown. The salmon had up to 15% glazing (water), the color was pale 10+ and after some investigation with veterinary authority we discovered that the goods had changed the date of production from 2014 to 2015 which means it was already expired. We wanted to return the goods from the beginning but we were always told that it’s not possible because they accept devolution only 14 days after the loading.
We tried to find some solution with Noriberica but they always refused everything. We had done official laboratory inspection, reported a fraud to the veterinary authorities and now we are going to the court.

User Recommendations:
Don´t do business with people you can´t trust and you don´t know well, because they are friendly only if the things are going well. But if there is a problem, they don´t want to know anything. Always check the goods upon to it´s arrival and if you have any doubts, make a claim and do an official inspection.

Mr.Emilio Murias and Congelados Noriberica SA are pirates and criminals making a bad name to a Spanish seafood industry.
