Ordered Solar panels and LED panels from this Chinese supplier. they did try and send the wrong panels, but i managed to sort this out through photos of what they where sending and they after arguing about it finally sent the panels I had ordered.

Goods where shipped and arrived damaged 05/06/2015
they had put two solar panels into each cardboard box and then stacked all the cardboard boxes onto a pallet. most where damaged to some extent, on 4 the glass was completely smashed. others the frame was damaged.

I sent them photos and photos that the freight company had sent us as they where taken out of the container. they put me through hoops saying i needed third party verification but the freight company, customs agent and photos of the damage where just not good enough, we had photos of how they where delivered even before opening the items as it was clear they where damaged and the freight company had pre warned us that they where coming damaged.

At first they just kept making excuses then they finally said there was no insurance despite the docs saying CIF on then they had not taken out the policy. eventually they agreed to replace then and pay the freight but I had to wait until her boss came back from overseas, then all communication stopped, would not reply to emails I sent to her or any of the contacts on the website. last email from them was 05/08/2015

User Recommendations:
It a Chinese supplier says CIF; ask them for the insurance docs they seem to write what they like without knowing what it actually means
