User Experience:
Wished to order a sample on 1 ton of the Rice to check the quality. Sent the money via money gram, and when the delivery was to take place, suddenly the moq was 5 tons and they wanted to have the payment for the rest before delivery. I cancelled the order and requested a friend to collect the money from the address given. When they got there it was totally a different business at the address in question.

Unfortunately due diligence of visiting the address before placing an order was not completed due to an accident on the highway and then the mechanical failure of the vehicle of the person who was to inspect the premises. The person calls himself Williams or Deon, or Paul but I think they are all the same person.

User Recommendations:
Make sure SOMEONE can visit the premises. Even on sample stage, verify credentials. Don’t believe the stories that they fear name copy or something like that.
