  1. During 2015 we have purchased one rhinestone fixing machine from the below company. One Mr. Authory Su was in-charge of the company. He acted as sales manager of the company and actually, he purchased this machine from another company Mr. Wong. Initially, Mr Authory asked us to contact Mr.Wong. They asked us to send video showing the problem of the machine, which we done it. They said, they can not understand the problem and not able to repair it.
    They are not ready to return the money or not ready to take back the machine till this time. Mr.Authory su already disappeared and his tel and mobile are not working. No response to Whatsapp or Wechat messages. We understood that Mr. Wong is the worst person to do business. So adamant and not co-operative at all.

    ONLY 3-4 MONTHS THE MACHINE WORKED THEREAFTER, WE HAVE CONTACTED THEM BY E MAIL, TEL, CELL NUMBER, WHATSAPP AND WECHAT. FIRST THEY SEND SOME MESSAGES TO SEND VIDEO, LATER THEY SAY THEY CAN NOT FIND OUT THE MISTAKE. THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO RETURN THE MONEY OR READY TO TAKE BACK THE MACHINE. NOW, THERE IS NO ANSWER TO ANY OF THE ABOVE CONTACTS. EVEN WE GO TO CHINESE EMBASSY, TRADING DIVISION, IN DUBAI, THEY ACTED AS IF THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SUCH FRAUD CASES.

Hello if help for something i have the mobile number of one of those seller and the manager, she said that her name its Abby, she is lier i meet her in tianjin i try to buy scrap copper with them. i ask them about your case when i see your post here, and she said that her boss refund all the money to you. its that true?
