In my first order of the product, Mr. Sabir Hasan said that they have a high quality and good price, so I sent the money by T/T to their bank, and they begin the production. After 1 month Mr. Hasan said that the goods are ready for shipping from China, but he can’t clear with the custom in India, and added that he will refund me in full. This was 5 months ago!
Now they don’t answer my questions neither by email nor Skype anymore, and most probably I won’t receive my money back.
I need to study my suppliers better.
