I found one email on my mail box for latex tube products. I replied, asking for width our size and got a reply mail with quotation.
After quotation I had more conversations about the product. After these conversations, I asked for a per-forma invoice for the payment.
I then paid via T/T. After the payment was done, the Chinese supplier did not respond to my emails anymore.

  1. We have had the same problem. I talked to Mary to buy 25Tons of zinc ingots for our company, we received the pro-forma invoice and than we did a 10% advance payment as she required. After that Mary didn’t reply me anymore by e-mail or phone call. she only say me, in her last e-mail, that material “will arrive on August 8th”. I wrote her every single day… I called her this morning and she rejected, closing phone call, as she usually do.
