User Experience:
When I placed my first order, the Chinese factory guaranteed it would take care of any and all defectives. I placed a second order and gave a deposit. When I contacted the factory about problems I was having with the product, they stopped communicating, and neither shipped nor returned my deposit.

User Recommendations:
Do not wire a deposit, but rather open an L/C instead.
