We purchased Powerbanks of 4,000 mAh for $2.9 per piece , i.e 500 pcs, instead of 4000 mAh they send us 1,500 mAh. They cheated us! Never trust Alibaba sources, they are not genuine and the Chinese government is irresponsible.

  1. i’m LUCY ANA, we knew OTHER COMPANY NAME REMOVED HERE from 2010, we bought 2000pcs powerbanks, i was cheated by some suppliers, so wanted to choose reliable suppliers, they said they only do premium quality , i paid 10usd per piece and agreed them to have more profit to make high quality, the sample they send seemed ok, but when i received the final goods, found many defalts , the actual capacity was wrong , why 20000mah only left 4000mah ? i called the boss , he said my test was not standard , only let me see their reports, i hired more professional team to test again, still think it had terrible problem , then the manager not reply me any more
